Very rare in life we meet people with undying passion and love for the work they do. One such author is Sangeeta Kabra. She is an international International Life Coach & Leadership Coach, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Writer. Let us know more about her in this interview.
Q1) Every author has a story from where they begun their writing journey . Tell us about the start of your journey .
Ans : My journey as a writer didn’t start last night. I have always been someone who loved to learn and express my ideas and since talking may not always be the best option, It started in my childhood, when I felt that writing was the best way to express my feelings and thoughts.
And that’s when I started my career as a Life Coach. So it became even more inspiring for me to write down my thoughts and share them with people. I started writing I started writing inspirational articles and blogs, and sharing them on social media platforms. I received immense love and appreciation from my readers.
Q2) “Reconnect with Life “is written by you . How did you decide the plot of the book and what wasyour inspiration behind. Also attach the link for the purchase of the book
Ans : My articles and blogs have become a source of inspiration for me as well as for inspiring others. Then I felt that I should merge all my thoughts in one book. And that’s how I started writing my book, Reconnect with Life.
This book is an account of my personal experiences and insights in my own mind. For years, I have been exploring deep bottoms in my mind, searching for the ways to have more love, happiness and better relationships in my life. This is the ultimate result of my searching for years.
As I believe, man has the potential to make his life either heaven or hell. The destiny of a man is in his own hands, not elsewhere. The destiny is what a man crafts for himself. Nothing more. He has the potential to make his destiny whatever he needs.
As I have seen for years, all of us are able to change our entire life and make it better with simple positive changes in every day life.
To be connected to life allows you to go out into the world with the embodied awareness of your inherent self-worth. No energy is spent seeking external sources of inner worthiness. No energy is used up trying to earn your own love.
The truth is, how far in the right direction you go in the outer world is in direct proportion to how deeply connected you are in the inner world. Are you ready to go deep and discover what’s possible?

Q3) A lot of young authors wants to have a career in writing but feel underconfident at times. What would be your advice to them ?
Ans : Dear aspiring writers, I want to take a moment to share some words of encouragement and guidance as you embark on your writing journey. Embrace your unique voice. Your voice is what sets you apart from other writers. Don’t be afraid to let it shine through in your work. Embrace your individuality, your experiences, and your perspective. The world needs diverse voices, and your voice matters.
Writing is a craft that requires practice. Set aside dedicated time for writing, even if it’s just a few minutes each day. Make it a habit, and you’ll be amazed at how your skills develop over time. Remember, every word you write is progress. Writing can be a long and solitary journey, so remember to celebrate your accomplishments along the way.

Q4) From writing the initial draft to working on the final draft it surely requires a lot of efforts. What was the most challenging process in your writing career ?
Ans : Challenges are an inherent part of any creative pursuit, and they provide opportunities for growth and learning. Writing is a long-term commitment, and maintaining motivation can be challenging, especially during periods when progress feels slow or when facing rejection.
Sometimes or more often the editing process is also crucial for refining your work, but it can also be a daunting task. It requires objectivity, attention to detail, and the willingness to make significant revisions. Embrace the editing process as an opportunity to polish your writing and strengthen your work, but also be mindful not to get trapped in an endless cycle of perfectionism. But I thoroughly enjoyed this journey and so happy to share my book with my readers.
Q5) Is there any message you want to give to the readers?
Ans: Embrace these challenges as stepping stones on your writing journey, and have faith in your abilities and the power of your words. Keep writing, keep pushing forward, and remember that each challenge you overcome will make you a stronger and more resilient writer.
Q6) Tell us something about your hobbies and why do you think hobbies are important for a person?
I love writing on different topics, reading, cooking, learning new skills and travelling to different places.Hobbies play a significant role in our lives and hold great importance. Hobbies provide a source of personal fulfillment and satisfaction. Engaging in activities that we enjoy and are passionate about brings us joy, happiness, and a sense of accomplishment. Hobbies allow us to explore our interests, express our creativity, and pursue activities that bring us genuine pleasure. So, make time for your hobbies and indulge in the activities that bring you joy and fulfillment.
