With the Karnataka State Assembly Elections 2023’s polling day just a day away, excitement in the state can be seen visibly. It is everyone’s right to vote during the elections, and for that, a voter card or other ID, as prescribed by the ECI, is required. Once you have that, and if you would like to know whether you’re eligible to vote in a particular district or not then you can do it through the Electoral roll.
The electoral roll is a list that includes the names of all the registered voters of the particular region to which it belongs. You may check that by following the steps below.
Step 1: Go to the National Voters’ Services Portal website on https://www.nvsp.in/Home/ 
Step 2: Click on ‘Search In Electoral Roll’

Step 3: Fill in the details such as Name, Father’s Name, Age, State, etc.
Step 4: Type the captcha code shown in the image
Step 5: Click on ‘Search’
OR an alternate method to this is through EPIC number.
Step 1: Go to the National Voters’ Services Portal website on https://www.nvsp.in/Home/ 
Step 2: Click on ‘Search In Electoral Roll’
Step 3: Fill in the details such as EPIC number, State, and Captcha Code
Step 4: Click on ‘Search’
Once you have that, and if you want to know in which constituency are you eligible to vote then you can find it on the same website viz. National Voters’ Services Portal. 
Let us have a look at the steps to find your constituency.
Step 1: Go to the National Voters’ Services Portal website on https://www.nvsp.in/Home/ 
Step 2: Click on the ‘Know Your’ icon on the page’
Step 3: Type your EPIC number in the required field
Step 4: Click on ‘Search’ and you’ll get the details
If you want to know who will be your Booth Level Officer then below are the steps for that.

Step 1: On the same website viz. National Voters’ Services Portal homepage, click on ‘Download Electoral Roll PDF’
Step 2: In the ‘Select State’ field, from the list, you’ll have to find the state your voter card is registered in
Step 3: You’ll be redirected to Chief Electoral Officer Karnataka’s website where you’ll find ‘Know Your B.L.O’ written in Kannada.
Step 4: You’ll be redirected to a spreadsheet where you’ll find a list of the names of B.L.O.s along with their contact details.
EPIC stands for Electors Photo Identification Card and the EPIC number is the voter ID card number. Issued by the Election Commission of India, the voter ID card serves as identification proof for Indian citizens over the age of 18. The voter ID card also allows Indians to cast their vote in municipal, state, and national elections.
